Dr. Mark B. Logan
Dr. Mark B. Logan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. He was recognized as The Outstanding Senior Man for the class of 1988. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee.
He completed his General Surgery Internship and Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery residency at St. Louis University. Following residency, Dr. Logan performed a fellowship in Pediatric Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgery at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Mark Logan is Board Certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology with a practice encompassing the medical and surgical treatment of Pediatric and Adult ENT disorders. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. His specific interests include adult and pediatric sinus and allergy disorders, pediatric airway issues, and thyroid surgery. He has expertise with Pediatric Otolaryngology, Allergy and Rhinology, Audiology, Head and Neck Cancer, Meniere's Disease/Dizziness, and Otology.
Dr. Mark Logan is a native of the Tri State area. He returned with his wife and children in 1998 and began practicing with Midwest Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery. He is an active member of the local community. Dr. Logan practices in Evansville and Tell City, Indiana locations as well as Henderson, Kentucky.
Dr. Young S. Paik
Dr. Young S. Paik was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Vanderbilt University and completed his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience. He then pursued a career in medicine and received his medical degree at the University of Missouri School of Medicine. He continued his training in Head and Neck Surgery by completing an Otolaryngology residency at the University of Missouri. After residency training, he decided to further specialize and dedicate his training by completing a highly competitive American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) fellowship under the tutelage of Dr. Keith LaFerriere, an internationally recognized leader in the field of facial plastic surgery, in Springfield, Missouri. During this fellowship, Dr. Paik received advanced cosmetic and reconstructive training specializing specifically in the face and neck.
Dr. Paik is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He has expertise in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Head and Neck Surgery, and Adult and Pediatric Ear, Nose and Throat. His office locations include Evansville and Vincennes, Indiana.
Dr. Paik has published several articles in the field of facial plastic surgery and head and neck surgery. He has presented his research at national meetings and local organizations. He is involved in humanitarian work and has traveled to Kijabe, Kenya to perform cleft lip and palate surgery.
During his free time, Dr. Paik enjoys fly-fishing, running, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Dr. Ryan Palmer
Dr. Ryan Palmer grew up in Kalamazoo, MI and subsequently attended and graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN. He completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. While there, he was a member of Psi Sigma Alpha, the honorary osteopathic scholar fraternity, and Sigma Sigma Phi, the honorary osteopathic service fraternity. Upon graduation, Dr. Palmer received the President’s Award given to an individual who has made significant and meritorious contributions to the larger community and for enhancing the public image of osteopathic medicine.
In addition to his work in medical school, he also completed a Master’s of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration at Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He was chosen to become a member of Beta Gamma Sigma fraternity, an international business school honor society. He was awarded the Outstanding Scholarship Award.
After graduation, Dr. Palmer completed a residency in Otolaryngology – Facial Plastic Surgery through Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, PA. During his residency, he served on the Council of Residents and Fellows with the American College of Osteopathic Otolaryngology and Ophthalmology. He was awarded the Presidential Resident Recognition Certificate for professional achievement, or other valuable service performed on behalf of the Residency Training Programs or College Board. He also completed a Master’s Degree in Medical Education.
Dr. Palmer is currently certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. His interests encompass general diseases of the pediatric and adult ear, nose and throat.
Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Palmer enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife and three children. With offices in Evansville and Vincennes, Dr. Palmer looks forward to serving the Tristate area for many years to come.
Dr. Sarah B. Jacob
Shay Glisson, FNP-BC
Shay Glisson was born in Evansville, Indiana, where she still resides. Prior to obtaining her nurse practitioner master’s degree from Walden University in 2021, she collected years of experience in nursing. Her most recent experience was in intensive care and wound care nursing. She is now a nurse practitioner providing non-surgical factional rejuvenation procedures, including botulinum toxin injections, hyaluronic acid (HA) acid fillers, anti-wrinkle rejuvenation procedures, and laser skin treatments.
Along with a commitment to ongoing learning, aesthetics have quickly become one of Shay's passions. She continues to develop and master various treatment modalities, and her expertise in beauty, anti-aging treatments, and the latest technologies in aesthetics allows her to combine her passions for art and medicine. Shay believes in the importance of patient safety and strives to bring the highest quality care and results for her patients. When she isn't in the office, her hobbies include her children's sporting events, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Meghann Ray, PA
Meghann Ray received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Butler University, along with board certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She has practiced internal medicine in both a private practice and at a free clinic. Prior to joining the Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat Surgery team, Meghann spent the previous five years practicing adult and pediatric otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and facial plastics and reconstructive surgery.
Outside of her professional duties, Meghann loves spending time with her family – two children and an extensive family who lives in Evansville – enjoying Sunday night suppers, traveling, and teaching her children golf, tennis, and swimming.
Meghann is also an active volunteer at her children's school. She spends her free time running, reading, baking, and gardening.
